yes, jag la till en extra dns-server igår mitt på dagen för jag tröttnade på deras jidder om att det "var på gång". Det är den som svarar, inte ev1servers dom har tappat bort inlägget för tv.nu.
Här är från en dialog med support för några timmar sedan
Alejandro M: the problem is that we had to use an old version of the master dns record. they are missing but our domains team can refresh them
Alejandro M: you'll have to open a ticket though
Alejandro M: be aware that they are doing this for many customers
Alejandro M: and it may take some time
Customer: i did 5 hours ago

Customer: can you communicate with your domains team?
Alejandro M: no, i can not
Alejandro M: i can send an email to that department
Alejandro M: but i do not know if they are even able to check email at this time
Customer: cause excuse me for saying but i guess a record that has been on file for 4 years would be in the old version of the master records
Alejandro M: should be. again, i do not know what has happened
Alejandro M: but you are not the only customer it has happened to
Alejandro M: and our domains team has had success in fixing it
Customer: okey then i guess i have to add new dns-servers for that domain then? this could take some time i guess. maybe new dns-servers resolve faster?
Alejandro M: yes
